2. Donation Usage

The Club commits to using your donation at its discretion but within its stated charitable objectives. While you can express a preference for how your donation is used, the Club retains final authority to allocate funds in order to advance its mission.

4. Refund Policy

All donations are final and cannot be refunded.

5. Donor Privacy

The Club respects the privacy of its donors. Personal information collected during the donation process will be used solely for processing your donation, issuing a receipt, and fulfilling legal or regulatory requirements. 7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

The Club reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued donation following any changes signifies your acceptance of those changes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Club is registered, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
