These Terms and Conditions govern all donations made to the Rotary Club (hereafter referred to as "the Club"). By making a donation to the Club, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By donating to the Club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Donation Usage
The Club commits to using your donation at its discretion but within its stated charitable objectives. While you can express a preference for how your donation is used, the Club retains final authority to allocate funds in order to advance its mission.
3. Tax Deductions
The Club is a not-for-profit organization. Donations made to the Club are tax-deductible to the fullest extent permitted by law. However, it is your responsibility to understand and comply with tax laws and regulations applicable to you.

All donations are final and cannot be refunded.

8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Club is registered, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or your donation to the Club shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.
