1. Acceptance of Terms

By donating to the Club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Donation Usage

The Club commits to using your donation at its discretion but within its stated charitable objectives. While you can express a preference for how your donation is used, the Club retains final authority to allocate funds in order to advance its mission.

3. Tax Deductions

The Club is a not-for-profit organization. Donations made to the Club are tax-deductible to the fullest extent permitted by law. However, it is your responsibility to understand and comply with tax laws and regulations applicable to you.

4. Refund Policy

All donations are final and cannot be refunded.

5. Donor Privacy

The Club respects the privacy of its donors. Personal information collected during the donation process will be used solely for processing your donation, issuing a receipt, and fulfilling legal or regulatory requirements. The Club will not share, sell, or trade your personal information with any third party without your consent, except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

The Club reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued donation following any changes signifies your acceptance of those changes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Club is registered, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or your donation to the Club shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.
